Submitting this registration form is the initial step to request an account with Art Leather, LLC.  Once reviewed, you will be granted full access to the website.

NOTICE: If your studio had an account previously with Art Leather, LLC please contact Customer Care prior to filling out and submitting a new registration request.  Your previous account may still be active and available.

Fields with Bold type captions are required.  At a minimum, enter the Personal Contact Information.  The Studio Location & Contact as well as Default Shipping Address name and address details are optional but beneficial.  Please refrain from using a PO Box in your Personal Contact Information or Default Shipping Address.
